Terms of Service

Services

WebNest provides custom website design and optional monthly marketing services as described on our Pricing page. The Website Package is a one-time payment of $400. The Marketing Growth Package is billed at $300/month and can be cancelled at any time.

Payments

Website Package fees are due prior to launch. Monthly subscription fees renew each billing period until cancelled.

Ownership

Upon full payment, all deliverables of the Website Package belong to the client. WebNest retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Domains

To claim and take ownership of the delivered website, the client must purchase and register their own domain. Domain registration fees and renewals are the client's responsibility and are not included in the Website Package or Marketing Growth Package.

För att ta över och äga den levererade hemsidan måste kunden köpa och registrera en egen domän. Avgifter för domänregistrering och förnyelse är kundens ansvar och ingår inte i Hemsidespaketet eller Marknadsföringspaketet.

Cancellation

The Marketing Growth Package can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing cycles; no partial refunds are issued for the current cycle.

Limitation of Liability

WebNest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services beyond the amount paid for those services.
